Information the service uses

Sealstone receives your site-specific user ID and email when you sign in with your Execuown account. It stores the records you create, client responses submitted through your share links, support requests, and subscription identifiers and status when billing is enabled. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by this app.

Document rehearsals

The optional signing rehearsal stores original PDFs, test copies, document hashes, typed names, account email addresses, consent, timestamps, and usage counters. No signing invitation is sent. Rehearsals are not legal signatures or independent identity checks. Files require an authorized account to download. Archived files still occupy storage. Download PDFs from the document desk; account exports include metadata and evidence. Workspace deletion removes stored documents once pending operations are resolved. Use non-sensitive sample documents during the pilot.

Signing agreements

Signing agreements store the original PDF, frozen recipient details and field positions, verified account identifiers, typed signatures, electronic-record consent, decisions, timestamps, and final PDFs. The sender and invited recipients can access the agreement using their verified account email. Signing records are shared with the parties. Invitations and sender-triggered reminders, when enabled, are delivered through Resend; recipient email addresses are passed to that provider. Links alone do not grant agreement access. Invitations expire after 30 days; completed agreements remain accessible until the sender deletes the workspace. Recipients should download their completed copy. Active agreements must be completed or voided before workspace deletion.

Execuown connections

If you connect this workspace to Execuown, the services exchange signed account identifiers and subscription status to apply your plan. Project records stay in this app. Email addresses are not used to merge accounts.

Who can see your work

Your workspace records are restricted to your signed-in account. Anyone holding a client share link can view that link’s snapshot and submit the permitted response until it expires or is revoked. Do not include sensitive information in a share link unless its recipients are authorized to receive it. Administrators can access support requests for troubleshooting.

Hosting and service providers

The service runs on Cloudflare Workers, D1 databases, and private R2 document storage. Clerk handles account sign-in. Stripe handles payments only when enabled. The app does not add advertising trackers or sell your workspace data. Operational providers may retain their own security and service logs.

Retention and control

Records remain until you remove them or delete your workspace. Account settings provide a JSON export and workspace deletion. Expired share links become inaccessible; their history remains in your workspace until deletion. Provider backups, logs, and legally required payment records may persist under the providers’ retention policies.
